According to the investigation, these alleged advantages were provided in exchange for legislative favors. Specifically, the probe points to Senator Nogueira's presentation of an amendment aimed at expanding the coverage of the Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC).
The operation, which has a high confidence rating of 0.95, remains unverified at this stage. The investigation continues to examine the financial and legislative connections between the senator and the banker.
