Bom Prato Restaurants in Alto Tietê Announce Special Mother's Day MenuRestaurants participating in the Bom Prato program in the Alto Tietê region will offer a special menu on Friday, May 8th, in celebration of Mother's Day.
The commemorative menu will feature a variety of main courses, including escalope à francesa, pork loin (lombo suíno), breaded chicken fillet (filé de frango à milanesa), beef with Italian sauce (lagarto ao molho italiano), and pork shoulder with caramelized onion (copa-lombo com cebola caramelizada).
For dessert, the special offering will include pistachio mousse (mousse de pistache), coconut pudding (pudim de coco), and truffles (trufa).
