Free Culinary Course for 200 Women in Salvador: Cozinha Itinerante ProjectThe Cozinha Itinerante project is offering a unique opportunity for women in Salvador, with 200 free spots available for cooks and entrepreneurs. The course, led by Chef Adriana Saldanha, will take place from Tuesday, the 6th, to Thursday, the 8th, in the parking lot of Atacadão Cajazeiras in Fazenda Grande II.

Course Details and ScheduleClasses will run from 8 AM to 12 PM and from 1:30 PM. Participants will engage in practical lessons covering a range of topics, including:

Cuts, uses of ingredients, and fresh producePlating basics, preparations, and commented tastingsBrazilian recipes and memory cuisineFood as a cultural factorCuisine and intangible heritageHow to succeed with flavor and traditional culinary knowledgeOrigin cocoa and its use in artisanal cake-makingFruits and their uses in gastronomyFood selectivity and compostingEnrollment and CertificationTo participate, interested individuals must fill out the registration form. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate and will be enrolled in the Cozinha Itinerante distance learning platform, which offers an additional 120 hours of online content for further learning and support.
