Woman Arrested in Tocantins for Alleged Sexual Abuse of DaughterA 40-year-old woman was arrested in Vila Cearense, Wanderlândia, Tocantins, for the alleged sexual abuse of her own daughter. According to reports, she was under protective measures that prohibited contact with the child.
Despite these restrictions, the woman allegedly attempted to maintain contact at the child's school and pressured relatives to prevent the victim from reporting the abuse. The child has since been placed in a shelter for safety.
The case has been referred to the Judiciary and the Public Ministry for further investigation and legal proceedings.
