Patients at Hospital Antônio Targino report hemodialysis session delays since Saturday, with the hospital blaming a supply shortage from the Municipal Health

Patients receiving hemodialysis treatment through Brazil's Unified Health System (SUS) at Hospital Antônio Targino in Campina Grande have reported significant delays to their scheduled sessions.

The disruptions, which came to light on Wednesday, the 6th, have impacted over 80 individuals. Some patients have stated they have not received their vital treatment since the previous Saturday, the 2nd.

According to the hospital's administration, the suspension of services is attributed to a lack of necessary supplies. The hospital has placed the responsibility for this shortage on the Municipal Health Secretariat (SMS) of Campina Grande.
