Paris Saint-Germain advanced to the Champions League final for the second year in a row, defeating Bayern Munich 6-5 on aggregate after a 1-1 draw in the second leg. They will face Arsenal in Budapest.

Paris Saint-Germain has secured its place in the Champions League final for the second consecutive season. The French club held off a determined Bayern Munich side, advancing with a 6-5 aggregate scoreline after the second leg at the Allianz Arena ended in a 1-1 draw.

The decisive moment came early. Just three minutes into the match, PSG struck first. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia made a surging run down the left flank and delivered a precise cross into the box. Ousmane Dembélé met the ball with a left-footed strike that flew into the net under the crossbar, giving the visitors a crucial away goal and extending their aggregate lead.

Bayern Munich, needing to overturn a 5-4 deficit from the first leg, pushed forward relentlessly throughout the match. Their efforts were finally rewarded deep into stoppage time. In the 94th minute, Harry Kane, assisted by Alphonso Davies, scored with a left-footed shot to level the match at 1-1. However, the goal came too late to spark a dramatic comeback.

The match was not without controversy. Bayern's players and staff vehemently protested in the 31st minute when Vitinha appeared to block a clearance with his arm inside the PSG penalty area, but referee João Pinheiro waved play on. The German side also had other chances, including a powerful shot from Jamal Musiala in the 44th minute that PSG goalkeeper Safonov saved.

PSG's defense, well-organized and disciplined, managed to contain Bayern's attacks for most of the game. Goalkeeper Safonov made several important saves, including denying efforts from Joao Neves and Michael Olise. On the other end, Bayern's Manuel Neuer was also active, stopping attempts from Doué and others.

With this result, PSG manager Luis Enrique guides his team to another European final. They will face Arsenal, managed by Mikel Arteta, at the Puskas Arena in Budapest. This will be PSG's second consecutive Champions League final appearance, following their 5-0 victory over Inter in the previous season's showpiece event.

The starting lineups for the match were as follows: Bayern Munich (4-2-3-1): Neuer; Stanišić, Upamecano, Tah, Laimer; Pavlovic, Kimmich; Olise, Musiala, Luis Díaz; Kane. Coach: Kompany. PSG (4-3-3): Safonov; Zaïre-Emery, Marquinhos, Pacho, Nuno Mendes; Fabian Ruiz, Vitinha, João Neves; Doué, Dembélé, Kvaratskhelia. Coach: Luis Enrique.
