The ship, which is arriving in Tenerife, Canary Islands, from Cape Verde, has prompted a coordinated health response.

According to the minister, non-Spanish citizens aboard the vessel will be repatriated to their respective countries once the ship docks. Meanwhile, 14 Spanish citizens will be transferred by plane to a hospital in Madrid to complete their quarantine period under medical supervision.
