The Russian Premier League has confirmed a significant list of suspensions for the upcoming 29th round of the MIR RPL. A total of seven players and one coach will be absent from their respective teams' matches due to disciplinary reasons, primarily stemming from an accumulation of yellow cards.

Among the most notable absentees are two key figures from FC Lokomotiv Moscow. Midfielder Aleksey Batrakov and defender Jersinho Niamsi will both miss their team's fixture, having each reached the yellow card threshold. Their absence will be a considerable blow to Lokomotiv's plans for the round.

FC Krasnodar will also be without a defender, as Giovanni Gonzalez is suspended for the same reason. Similarly, FC Rubin Kazan will miss the services of defender Ilya Rozhkov, and FC Akhmat Grozny will be without their forward, Georgi Melkadze, both due to yellow card accumulation.

FC Baltika Kaliningrad faces a double suspension. Midfielder Nikolai Titkov is out for yellow card accumulation, while defender Eldar Civić will miss the round after receiving a direct red card in a previous match. This leaves Baltika with significant gaps in their defensive and midfield units.

In a less common occurrence, the suspension list also includes a member of the coaching staff. Djordje Pantić, the goalkeeping coach of FC Pari Nizhny Novgorod, will be absent from the technical area for the 29th round, also due to an accumulation of yellow cards.

The 29th round of the MIR RPL is scheduled to begin on Sunday, May 10. The opening match will see FC Orenburg host FC Krylya Sovetov Samara, setting the stage for a round where several teams will have to adapt to the enforced absences of key personnel.
