A 32-year-old PM soldier accuses her superior, Lieutenant Colonel Geraldo Neto, of sexual harassment, stalking, and threats. The case is under investigation by the PM's internal affairs.

A serious accusation has been leveled against a high-ranking officer in the São Paulo Military Police. A 32-year-old soldier has formally accused Lieutenant Colonel Geraldo Leite Rosa Neto, 53, of a pattern of sexual and moral harassment, threats, and coercion.

The complaint, filed by the soldier's lawyer with the PM's Corregedoria (internal affairs), details a series of alleged incidents. According to the accusation, the lieutenant colonel discovered the soldier's home address and made unannounced visits. On one occasion, he reportedly arrived at her building with a bouquet of flowers. Security camera footage from the condominium, which has been obtained by g1 and is part of the official complaint, shows the officer in uniform at the building's entrance.

The allegations extend beyond in-person encounters. The soldier claims the officer sent her numerous WhatsApp messages in which he expressed a desire to kiss her and stated that he "wanted her for himself." He allegedly suggested a secret relationship and made frequent invitations for her to come to his office, creating a hostile work environment.

The soldier maintains that she consistently rejected all advances and never had any romantic involvement with the married officer. Despite her refusals, she alleges she became the subject of gossip and comments within the police corridors due to the officer's persistent behavior.

Specific incidents are cited in the formal complaint. On September 30, 2025, the lieutenant colonel allegedly visited her building while off-duty, wearing a cap and sunglasses, and carrying flowers. Upon recognizing him, the soldier returned to her apartment without meeting him. He then reportedly shouted at the gate and later sent messages informing her he had left the flowers at the reception.

In another alleged incident, the officer returned to her building during work hours, this time in his official PM uniform and driving a patrol car. This visit was also captured by the condominium's security cameras.

The soldier's attorney, Thiago Lacerda, is requesting the opening of a Military Police Inquiry (IPM) to investigate the alleged crimes. The request specifically mentions "failure to fulfill duty, sexual harassment, moral harassment, threats, and procedural fraud."

When contacted by g1, the São Paulo Military Police confirmed that the facts described in the complaint have been registered with the Corregedoria and are currently under investigation. Lieutenant Colonel Neto is already in custody, suspected of killing his wife, Gisele Alves, in February.
