Ceará Police Arrest Five for Commercial Thefts in Boa ViagemThe Military Police of Ceará (PM-CE) have arrested five suspects in connection with a series of thefts targeting commercial establishments in the interior of the state. The operation took place in the municipality of Boa Viagem.
According to the police report, the group consisted of three men and two women. The arrests were made following investigations into a pattern of thefts affecting local businesses.
During the operation, authorities seized a variety of stolen merchandise. The recovered items included bottles of olive oil, hair oils, soaps, children's colognes, sandals, boxes of gum, chocolates, watches, sneakers, and perfumes.
Police records indicate that three of the five detained individuals had prior criminal histories. The suspects are expected to face charges related to organized theft and receiving stolen property.
