DF Governor Replaces Health Institute Director Cleber MonteiroThe Governor of Brazil's Federal District, Celina Leão of the Progressistas (PP) party, has made a change in the leadership of the District's Strategic Health Management Institute (Iges-DF).
Cleber Monteiro Fernandes, a retired police officer, has been removed from his position as director of the institute. He had held the role since February of the previous year, following the appointment of the then-president, Juracy Cavalcante Lacerda Júnior, as the District's Health Secretary.
As of the latest update, the name of the new director to assume leadership of the Iges-DF has not been officially announced.
