The Federal Court of the 1st Region absolved former Amazonas Vice-Governor Carlos Almeida Filho and former Health Secretaries Rodrigo Tobias de Souza Lima, Simone Papaiz, and Marcellus Campelo. Also acquitted were the National Institute of Social and Human Development and its director, José Carlos Rizoli.
