Salvador to Host National Public Security Meeting: May 12-15The city of Salvador, Bahia, is set to host a significant national meeting focused on strengthening public security and combating organized crime. The event is scheduled to take place from May 12 to 15 at the Universidade Senai Cimatec.
The meeting is promoted by the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP) through its National Secretariat of Public Security (Senasp). It is being organized in partnership with key state institutions: the Civil Police, the Court of Justice, and the Public Ministry of the State of Bahia.
The primary objective of the gathering is to improve national strategies for combating organized crime. A central focus will be the integration and strengthening of two critical national networks: the National Network of Specialized Units for Combating Criminal Organizations (Renorcrim) and the National Asset Recovery Network (Recupera).
This event represents a coordinated effort between federal and state authorities to enhance collaborative approaches to public security challenges across Brazil.
