According to the case details, the accused repeatedly directed the racist slur 'macaco' (monkey) at a 16-year-old adolescent player. The insults were reportedly uttered three times during the match, occurring after an opposing team's goal. The severity of the criminal conduct led to the premature termination of the game.
The investigation was conducted by the Delegacia Especializada de Atendimento à Mulher (Deam) in Passos. The case has since been forwarded to the Judiciary for further legal proceedings.
